What is Dream Drops?

How is it different from other sleep supplements?

Most sleep supplements are made with ingredients sourced from contract manufacturers with no connection to how or where the plants were grown. Our herbs are grown on our own farm in living soil using Korean Natural Farming practices. Research on herbs grown this way has found 8–30× more active compounds than conventional or standard organic growing. The quality starts in the ground, not in the formula.

Why no melatonin?

Melatonin works by overriding your body's natural sleep signal with an external dose. Over time, your body can reduce its own melatonin production in response. It also commonly causes grogginess the next morning. Dream Drops works by calming the nervous system, releasing tension, and activating the body's parasympathetic ("rest and digest") state, so your own sleep system can do its job.

Dream Drops farm is located in Wisconsin. We grow our herbs, mushrooms, and other botanicals on-site using organic, regenerative, and Korean Natural Farming practices.

Is Dream Drops certified organic?

No. We grow using organic and regenerative practices on our own Wisconsin farm, including Korean Natural Farming, but we have not pursued organic certification. Certification is largely a paperwork and cost process, and we have chosen to put that into the soil and our growing methods instead. We are always happy to tell you exactly how anything is grown.
