How to take Dream Drops
New to Dream Drops?
Start with one full dropper (1 ml), 30 to 60 minutes before bed. Hold it under your tongue for about 30 seconds, then swallow, or stir it into a little water or tea. The effect is gentle and builds over your first week of consistent use.
Need deeper rest?
Work up to two full droppers (2 ml) on restless nights. Taken under the tongue, it comes on a little faster. Shake well before each use, and pair it with a calm wind-down routine, dim lights and no screens, for the best results.
