30-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Dream Drops within 30 days of your purchase, contact us at hello@getdreamdrops.com and we will arrange a refund or replacement. Because our product is consumable, you do not need to return an empty or partially used bottle to qualify.
How to request a refund
Email hello@getdreamdrops.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within one business day and to process approved refunds promptly.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Shopify. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost.
The $1 sample
The $1 sample is covered by the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee as any other order.
